Request of the free trial of the Smartbrain Program
We invite you to test and get to know, completely free of charge and without obligation, the contents and operation of the Smartbrain Program. To do so, fill out the following form indicating in the first field the type of use you want to make of the program.
You will be able to enjoy the free trial online, 24 hours a day, every day, and from anywhere you have a computer, tablet, Smart TV or any other device connected to the Internet.
As soon as we receive your request, we will send you by email a username and password to access to the program as a tutor, with which you will be able to register as many trial users/patients as you want, and use the program with all of them for 15 days.
NOTE: Make sure you fill in all the fields of this form correctly. In compliance with the provisions of the legal regulations concerning the protection of personal data, we inform you that the data you provide when filling out this form will be collected in automated files owned by Smartbrain and Wellbeing s.l., with VAT number: B87620928, domiciled in Calle Pico Balaitus 1 1C – 28035 Madrid, Spain, telephone: (+34) 609 792 358, and email: info@smartbrain.es; and that we will process them to manage the granting of the free trial of the Smartbrain Program and to send you information about our activities and services. The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to have confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data, and therefore you have the right to access your data, rectify those that are inaccurate and/or request their deletion when they are no longer necessary. Likewise, by accepting this legal notice, you acknowledge that the information and personal data indicated relate to you and that they are accurate and true.
